About this service
Lady Exchange is an independent trading interface. It is not operated by or affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. Robinhood Chain is the network the interface uses; it is not a brokerage account.
The site helps you find routes and prepare transactions. You decide which assets to trade and whether to sign in your wallet.
Your wallet and approvals
You control your wallet and its keys. Lady Exchange does not ask for your password or recovery phrase. A market swap requires a wallet transaction. A limit order is a signed instruction that may be filled until it expires or its Permit2 nonce is revoked.
Some tokens require an approval before they can be traded. An approval can remain in effect after a trade. Read the amount and contract shown by your wallet, and review or revoke approvals you no longer want.
Quotes, fees, and orders
Quotes and estimated delivery amounts can change. Check the minimum received, price impact, fees, and network cost before confirming. A submitted transaction can fail or execute at a different price within the limit you chose.
Limit and stop orders are not guaranteed to fill. They depend on market conditions, available liquidity, your balance, and the order terms. Gas may still be charged for a failed on-chain transaction.
Private routes
Private swaps and transfers are routed by Houdini Swap, a separate provider. Creating an order gives you a deposit address. Once you send assets there, the provider handles the route and delivery. Follow the displayed asset, network, amount, and expiry exactly.
Private routing does not guarantee anonymity. The sending transaction and other parts of a route may be visible on public networks. Keep the order ID so you can track the order or contact Houdini support.
A private order's record on this site is deleted three days after the order ends: delivered, expired, failed or refunded. Orders still in progress are kept. After that, the order ID is how Houdini Swap finds it.
Trading risks
Digital assets can lose value. Tokens may have little liquidity, misleading names, or unsafe contract behavior. Smart contracts, wallets, networks, and third-party services can fail or become unavailable.
Check every token contract and destination address yourself. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after confirmation. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a promise of a particular result.
Information used by the site
The site uses wallet addresses, order details, and transaction references to show activity and rewards. Transactions on a public blockchain are visible outside this site. A wallet provider or private-route provider may also process information needed for the action you request.
Do not send passwords or recovery phrases to support. For an order issue, share the order ID or transaction hash instead.
